As well as supporting you with dietary changes, a nutritional therapist can help you stay accountable with regular sessions for motivation, and to support you in achieving your goals.
Following a thorough consultation to go through your medical history and a dietary analysis, I will create a bespoke plan featuring nutrition and meal planning, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, plus recipes and a shopping list. Depending on the plan you choose, we will have weekly check ins and fortnightly follow up consultations to help you stay on track.
