I am a Nutritional Therapist, having trained at London's prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine. To deepen my knowledge on DNA-based health optimisation, I am currently undertaking an MSc in Personalised Nutrition.
​
I have a special interest in anti-ageing and skin issues having worked closely with Harley Street anti-ageing experts for the past 15 years.
​
I work to address specific health concerns by giving my clients tailored nutritional strategies based on their health goals, ranging from weight management, improved energy levels to better quality skin, hair and nails.
​
​
I offer a range of laboratory tests including allergies, intolerances and gut health, and use the latest technology to measure nutrient levels as well as heavy metal toxicity.
​
Aside from consulting individuals, I regularly write for various wellness publications and attend CPD workshops to stay abreast of industry updates. I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the CNHC and an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
