ADHD Coaching Support

ADHD Coaching
Practical support for focus, emotional regulation and everyday life
ADHD affects far more than attention. It can influence emotions, energy, routines, confidence and how overwhelming daily life feels. Whether diagnosed in childhood, later in life, or currently being explored, ADHD coaching offers structured, practical support to help life feel more manageable.
I work with both adults and children, using real-world strategies that fit into everyday life. This is not therapy or diagnosis, but supportive, goal-focused coaching designed to help individuals and families work with ADHD rather than against it.
How ADHD Coaching Helps
ADHD coaching supports everyday challenges such as:
• Focus and follow-through
• Emotional regulation and overwhelm
• Routines, organisation and transitions
• Impulsivity and frustration
• Confidence and motivation
• School, work and home-life challenges
• Parent–child communication and structure
Support is tailored to age, needs and environment, with tools that can be used straight away.
A Whole-Person Approach
ADHD, nutrition and nervous system balance
ADHD does not exist in isolation. Factors such as blood sugar balance, sleep, nutrition, sensory load and daily structure can significantly affect focus and emotional regulation.
Alongside coaching, I bring a background in nutrition and behaviour change, allowing us to gently explore biological and lifestyle factors that may be amplifying symptoms. The focus is on small, realistic adjustments that support brain function and nervous system balance — not restriction or overwhelm.
This may include:
• Energy and blood sugar stability
• Sleep and routine support
• Nutrition patterns for focus and mood
• Sensory and environmental triggers
This integrated approach often supports more stable, sustainable progress.
What Sessions Look Like
Sessions are online and structured but flexible.
Many clients start with a 4-week coaching block to build understanding, introduce tools and review what works. Support can then continue short- or longer-term as needed.
What ADHD Coaching Is (and Isn’t)
ADHD coaching:
• Is practical, supportive and goal-focused
• Supports routines, regulation and daily life
• Works alongside diagnosis or assessment
ADHD coaching is not:
• Therapy or counselling
• Diagnostic assessment
• Crisis mental health support
Where appropriate, further support is always signposted.
